This Is How The No MLS Company Works.

If you are a Florida Licensed Real Estate agent and are tired of paying MLS fees there is another option. Simply place your license with my company. You can work with buyers through the use of Realtor.com or list properties for sale. You just can not call yourself a Realtor. If you have a property that you want on the MLS then you refer it to My MLS Company and that company will pay you a referral fee of 90% of the commission. For transactions outside of your MLS listed properties you get the full commission minus $250. If you have questions my contact info is below

This is how the no MLS Real Estate works for agents: 
1. $250 only and no E&O payment for each transaction (Not a
Percentage) when you sell a property as a buyers agent.
2. If you want to list a property and sell it without MLS it's still only $250 when it sells. But, if you want to put it into the MLS, you refer the property to my MLS company, we will list the property on the MLS with my MLS company and pay you a referral fee of 90% when the property sells.
3. You license stays active
4. All properties listed in the MLS automatically are posted to Realtor.com or you can go to my MLS Company web site and do a search of the MLS
